The operator and the service

This website is operated by Compass Camper LLC, an Oregon-registered marketing and lead generation company doing business as Compass Lead Group. North Atlanta Septic Pros is a marketing and matching service: it connects homeowners in and around Cherokee, Forsyth, and Hall counties, Georgia, with independent licensed septic contractors. Compass Camper LLC is not a septic contractor, does not perform septic work, and does not employ the contractors it refers. By using this site you accept these terms.

Your contract is with the contractor

Any inspection, pumping, repair, installation, or drainfield work is performed by an independent contractor under an agreement between you and that contractor. Compass Camper LLC is not a party to that agreement, does not set or negotiate pricing or scope, and is not responsible for the contractor's performance. Confirm licensing, certification, insurance, and pricing directly with the contractor before work begins.

No warranty of contractor work

We do not warrant the work, schedule, pricing, or conduct of any contractor you are matched with. Information on this site about permits, fees, soils, and regulations is published in good faith with sources named, but it can go stale as counties change their procedures; confirm current requirements with your county environmental health office before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compass Camper LLC's total liability arising out of your use of this site or any referral is limited to $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damages arising from work performed by a contractor.

Communications

Submitting the match form shares your information with a licensed septic contractor as described in the Privacy Policy. Consent to calls and texts is optional and is never a condition of using the service.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute arising under them will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, unless the parties agree in writing to another forum.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always posts here with its effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions go to [email protected].
