What we collect
When you submit the match form, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, county, the situation you describe, and the system age if you provide it. Our hosting and form providers also log technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
How we use it
We use your information to match you with an independent licensed septic contractor who works in your county, to follow up on your request, and to run and improve this service. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising lists.
Who we share it with
Your request is shared with the independent licensed septic contractor we match you with, for the purpose of scheduling your free quote. Technical service providers also process data on our behalf: Web3Forms handles form delivery and Cloudflare provides website hosting. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
Consent to be contacted
The match form includes an optional consent checkbox covering calls, prerecorded messages, and texts from Compass Camper LLC and a septic contractor. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text or asking to be removed during any call.
How long we keep records
We retain form submissions and consent records for at least five years, which is the retention period recommended for consent documentation under federal telemarketing rules, and no longer than reasonably needed after that.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the consent-record retention described above. Send any of these requests to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
